According to the current industry situation, we will continue to encourage enterprises to obtain high-tech technologies through joint ventures, cooperation, and license transfers, but we must prevent foreign capital from using joint ventures to swallow up domestic enterprises. We will formulate relevant policies to encourage enterprises to increase investment in technological and product development, focusing on supporting the independent research and development of high-efficiency and energy-saving plastic injection molding machines, lightweight plastic product technologies and equipment, and high-efficiency and low-pollution plastic recycling technologies and equipment. We will encourage enterprises to apply for enterprise technology centers at all levels, cooperate with scientific research units to establish plastic machinery research and development institutions, and actively utilize government innovation funds to improve the independent development and innovation capabilities of domestic enterprises.
Currently, China has become the world's largest consumer of plastic machinery. Although development has been rapid, there is still room for improvement, particularly in technology and talent cultivation. Many plastic machinery products still suffer from high energy consumption and low efficiency.
Enterprises need to establish clear market positioning, conduct in-depth market research, and utilize design methods to provide equipment that meets market demands. Government regulatory agencies or national industry organizations should establish a relatively complete system for information collection, statistics, evaluation, and dissemination, publishing relevant data and market information within the industry. This information could include the current state of industry development, early warnings, issues requiring attention, equipment needing development, and challenges that need to be addressed, thus providing a basis for enterprise decision-making.
