The research results indicate that the measured and indicated resource volume includes 0.15 cubic kilometers of brine, with an average lithium grade of 296 milligrams.

Argentine Lithium Company has announced the first Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Rincon West lithium brine project in Salta Province, Argentina. The study results indicate that the measured and indicated resources comprise 0.15 cubic kilometers of brine volume, with an average lithium grade of 296 mg/L, equivalent to 238,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE). Additionally, the inferred brine resources amount to 0.08 cubic kilometers, containing lithium concentrations of 216 mg/L, corresponding to 64,000 tonnes of LCE.

Nicolás Cacos, CEO of Argentina Lithium & Energy, stated: "This initial resource marks a critical step toward unlocking the full potential of Rincon West and solidifies Argentina Lithium's position at the heart of one of the world's most strategically significant lithium regions. "Rio Tinto's world-class Rincon project is located right next door to us, and our strong off-take partnership with Stellantis gives us a unique advantage in advancing the Rincon West project swiftly and responsibly. This foundation enables us to fully leverage strategic infrastructure and commercial synergies as we move into the next phase of development." "As we progress with the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) and evaluate advanced extraction technologies, our long-term focus remains crystal clear: building a scalable, high-value lithium business that delivers sustainable returns for our shareholders." The MRE covers the western properties—Villanoveño II and Rinconcita II mining concessions—with a total area of 2,931 hectares. Notably, this estimate does not include the Paso de Sico concession in the northern part of the project, nor does it account for the additional 3,742.9 hectares of land within the Rincon Salar. Cacos added: "This initial resource provides us with a robust foundation to expand our resource base further. Our exploration team will carefully assess drilling results beneath the current mineral resources, as the existing mineral resources remain open at depth, confirming significant expansion potential. "Combined with our other highly promising assets in Pozitos, Antofalla, and Incahuasi, our company's portfolio creates a powerful growth pipeline. This will enable us to deepen strategic partnerships and accelerate development, positioning Argentina Lithium as a leading global supplier to the future electric vehicle and battery markets."

This resource is defined by 14 exploration drill holes, totaling 4,823.2 meters of diamond drilling, along with a production well measuring 470 meters in length. The company completed these exploration activities during two drilling campaigns conducted from 2022 through the end of 2024. AGV Falcon Drilling SRL, based in Salta, carried out the drilling operations under the guidance of geologists from Argentina Lithium Company. Throughout the drilling activities, continuous core samples and undisturbed formation test samples were collected for porosity studies. Saltwater samples were gathered using a packer system, while several drill holes also employed drainers and the HydraSleeve sampling method. Argentina Lithium Company focuses on acquiring and advancing lithium projects across Argentina to meet the growing global demand from the battery industry.
